RETURN POLICY




We like to make things as easy as possible and getting a refund or returning an item shouldn’t be difficult. 

There are usually two instances where you would want to return your artwork. It was either damaged during shipping, or you are not satisfied for some reason.

These problems are no problem. In the event of a damaged shipment, please send us a photo of the damage so we can make an insurance claim and we will probably ask you to destroy the damaged piece with proof via another emailed photo and of course and we’ll quickly produce and ship another to you at no cost.

If you are unsatisfied with your order in some way please get in touch within 14 days and we can discuss either a replacement or issue a no stress refund.

And to be fair,
If there is something wrong with your image or it’s the wrong image altogether. What you send us to print we will print and ship to you.

Having said that If we think there may possibly be an issue with the file, or there is obviously something drastically wrong with what you send us we will try to contact you and double check just to be sure before printing.

The printing process here at StuStyle is colour managed. The latest Epson printers we use, high quality print media and genuine Epson archival HDR inks used have been accurately profiled to print exactly what you send us.

There can be some slight colour difference between what you see on your computer to your finished print. This is because of various and different reasons. For instance if you monitor, is old or of poor quality or is not calibrated or the quality of the calibration can effect colours. Or even the brightness or contrast or your screen can seriously effect the way you see colours. The amount of ambient light in the room can also present viewing variances from you screen to you finished print and so on. Our system will print your file exactly as you send it to us, we have taken time and put in a lot of effort to make sure of its accuracy.

In a nutshell
It’s ok if there is a slight variance between what see on your monitor and your finished print. It means we printed the image in the condition you sent it to us. The cause will be a small variable possibly one mentioned above that is the difference to your what print looks like compared to what you see on your screen.
